About Us

Overview

Cards4aCause is a charity I started because I believe that homelessness in our society is inexcusable. Since 2013, I have worked to raise money and distribute those funds in the best possible method to benefit those in need. Gift cards serve two purposes: to assure donors about where their money is going and more importantly to provide necessities and restore dignity. The recipients of these cards have the freedom of choice they deserve. We believe that an individual benefits the most when they can deicide what they need.

- Joanna Munson-Palomba, Executive Director

Accomplishments

Cards4aCause has been able to raise over $50,000 in the last five years and we currently give about $1,400 away a month. Without the help of sponsors, grants and large donations, this would not be possible. However, the vast majority of this came from small donations which truly proves that if everyone does a little, it goes a long way. Thank you for your support.

Press

Cards4aCause has featured in a variety of local newspapers, some of which can be found below. A big thank you to everyone who supported Cards4aCause and got the word out.
